BUSINESS SUMMARY CREATION

Our team has developed stylish, professional layouts for your CBRs. The templates are built as a word document so they can be easily edited on your end. We begin the process with a completed seller questionnaire or interview and can have the first draft returned to you within 3 business days.

For our monthly clients, time to build a CBR is included in your package. If you are not a monthly client of MOD’s we can still produce a CBR for you for a one-time fee of $150 with one round of edits included.

LARGE CIM / CBR CREATION

For larger businesses (10+ million) that require impressive, in-depth presentations, our assistants can take the reins and deliver you with a power point presentation worthy of your largest transactions. Similar to smaller CBRs, we can start with process with a completed seller questionnaire or seller interview.

Cost: $500 per completed CBR
