At MOD, we are a community of men and women that find joy in helping others. We are individuals just starting our careers and individuals with over 20 years of experience in the work force. We come from different backgrounds and have different goals in our professional life but we all share the same passion to live our lives with a perfect balance of family, friends and work. 

Assistants that join the MOD team have worked in an administrative, clerical, marketing or care-taking role in the past and are now looking for something that provides them flexibility, autonomy and the ability to build their own ideal client list while also joining a thriving community. Our unique setup allows individuals in our team to have both.

Why MOD?

Our goal at MOD Assistants is to provide professional and personal help to busy individuals that find themselves overwhelmed in their business or at their home. We cannot deliver on this goal without building a happy, successful, dedicated team of assistants. Our number one focus is our assistants. We are here to help our assistants build a life long career utilizing their past experience and expanding on their current knowledge and skill set — all while working from home within a flexible schedule they decide for themselves. 

Our founders, Jessica and Jaclyn have successfully built four businesses, two of them being multi-million dollar businesses. They did this while moving across the country, getting married, building families and traveling the world.  They saw a need for a business like this – people helping people. Application / Resume Review

Have your resume ready and complete our online application (below) to get started. 

First Interview

We want to see you and meet you! As we are a virtual company, all interviews are conducted via Zoom. 

Assessment / References

Complete our online assessment to showcase your skills and be ready to provide 2-3 professional references from past positions.

Second Interview

We meet again! This time to talk more in depth about your goals and how you would fit into the MOD Assistants family. 

Onboarding Fee

After completing the 5-point hiring process, we begin onboarding! The first step to join our team is a $159 onboarding fee to cover your background check (required to be a MOD Assistant) along with training and materials to get you started.  Why a fee? Our clients come to us as over-worked, overwhelmed, busy professionals that needed help yesterday. We want to ensure our assistants are ready to provide and feel comfortable in their skills before beginning with any client. 

Qualifications

To qualify for MOD Assistants, you must pass a full background check and have one full year of related experience in one of the following: Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Personal Assistant, Stay-at-home Mom / Care-taker, Housekeeper / Personal Chef
