This month, we’re celebrating our 5-year anniversary! It’s crazy to think that just 5 years ago this month, we launched MOD Assistants in the Denver/Boulder metro area. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and we want to take a minute to celebrate some of our bigger milestones and accomplishments.

November 2016: This was our first year offering holiday help to clients around the busy holiday season. The holidays can, but shouldn’t be stressful. We love helping our clients with meal planning, grocery shopping, gift ordering and wrapping, and so much more!
September 2017: We launched the Pittsburgh market for in-person, personal tasks.
April 2018: We developed a team of assistants specialized in the industry of business brokerage and became a Preferred Vendor for Transworld Business Advisors and a Premium Supplier for the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
July 2020: A team of virtual marketing assistants was added to our list of services as a response to client feedback. We now have a team of virtual assistants trained to help with digital marketing for small businesses.
January 2021: We expanded to our third satellite location and launched in Dallas for in-person, personal tasks. We love the Dallas vibe and the warm welcome we’ve received in just our few months here.
We have proudly served over 220 entrepreneurs and busy professionals within their businesses and in their homes.
The team has grown from 3 to 20 assistants between the three markets in Denver, Pittsburgh, Dallas, and across the country virtually.

We have been able to expand our client reach primarily through word-of-mouth referrals. We love that our business model allows busy people to reclaim coveted time back into their lives. On our 5-year anniversary, we’re happy to announce that we’re continuing to grow and are currently hiring personal assistants in each of our markets to meet the client demand.

MOD Assistants was co-founded by sisters, Jaclyn Poole and Jessica Fialkovich. As busy entrepreneurs, wives, and mothers they quickly discovered just how limited their time is. Keeping up with day-to-day chores in their homes as well as time-consuming administrative tasks in their businesses became overwhelming. One day over coffee, they came to the conclusion that they needed help. MOD provides the only thing more valuable than money – time.
