CIM CREATION

CIM Creation is one of our most requested tasks from our Transworld broker clients. If you do not need ongoing, monthly help with the tasks we listed above but creating CIMs if your number one pain point – we can still help! We offer a flat fee option for CIM creation as your listings come in.

LARGE CIM CREATION

For larger businesses (10+ million) that require impressive, in-depth presentations (above and beyond what seProposals in Sydney can provide), our assistants can take the reins and deliver you with a power point presentation worthy of your largest transactions. Similar to smaller CIMs, we start with process with a completed seller questionnaire or seller interview paired with online research and industry documents to build the CIM.

Cost: $500 per completed CIM

  • Generally, a first draft can be returned within 7 business days; delivered as a PPTX (for editing) and PDF (for presentation).
